Capital City AnimeFest is seeking volunteers to ensure our event is fun, safe, and organized for all of those who attend!

To be a volunteer you must :

• Be at least 17 years old

• Have transportation on the day of the event

• Be available for the full duration of the time slot you are assigned (All Day, Morning, or Afternoon)

What we need volunteers for :

• Line Control

• Registration and Badge Checking

• Programming Support ( Assisting guests, setting up equipment, ensuring panels start on time, and managing seating)

• Info Desk ( Answering attendee questions and requests day of event)

• ADA Assistance ( Ensuring our guests who use mobility aids can get around and have their accommodations met)

• Gaming and AudioVisual Support (Monitoring game libraries, explaining rules, or supervising video rooms)

• Runners

We will contact volunteers as we approach the date and our programming becomes finalized in April 2026. There is potential for a mandatory training/info session before the show, so please keep this in mind as you decide if you wish to volunteer with us.
